Frelly and her 4-year-old brother Nathan, and her mother, Cindy, come to the pool often. ?We have a family pass and we come almost everyday in the summer, said Cindy Frelly. ?It?s our entertainment.? Lifeguards are always on duty while swimmers are in the pool. They also help instruct swim lessons. The little Hutson had a great time getting wet. ?We come a few times a week,? Hutson said.
