The Lincoln High School junior tennis academy still has openings for boys and girls grades 2-8, beginning Oct. 11.  3:30-5 p.m.

The six sessions will be held on the Fighting Zebras tennis courts at 790 J St., Lincoln. The after-school lessons are given by professionally trained instructors, Tuesday and Thursday, through Oct. 27; Nov.1 and Nov. 3 have been reserved in case of rainouts.

The junior tennis program is formatted by The United States Tennis Association  and approved by the Western Placer Unified School District. For years these academies have been held across the country and were previously hosted in this area by Whitney High School.
