Democrats Get Judge to Authorize "Homeless" Voting
A.C.O.R.N. - Helping Obama with Tax Dollars

In another successful effort to corrupt the election process, a federal magistrate has ruled that "Homeless people cannot be denied the right to vote because the grate they sleep on doesn't have an address".

Edmund Sargus, a U.S. District Court judge for southern Ohio, on Monday ordered Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner not to reject provisional ballots that fail to list a building address on a provisional voting envelope.

Sargus also ordered Brunner not to reject provisional ballots because of poll worker error, "including failing to sign a provisional envelope."

The Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless had asked the court for a preliminary injunction dealing with issues affecting the homeless.

Cleveland attorney Subodh Chandra, who represents the coalition, told the court that a Cuyahoga County Board of Elections training and compliance officer said in an Oct. 21 deposition that his board did not plan to count ballots for homeless people who could not list a home address.

Now, how exactly do we know that a Democrat operative from A.C.O.R.N. is not taking that same homeless person's registration and sending it over to Franklin County, and Mercer, and Highland?

How do we know that a ploy to use homeless votes which cannot be verified is not being used to increase the total number of Democrat votes?

Why is it that the Democrats are always pushing to register homeless, illegals, etc? Why are they always opposing such things are requiring ID?

Let's go back to the days when you had to be a property owner to vote. Why should we let people too poor (ie, too stupid) to own property to vote?

The problem is not one of ownership, the problem is one of "traceability".

Someone can register in many different locations and claim to be "homeless". The Democrats have been arguing that requiring ID is a violation of the constitution. Therefore, you can have professional voters who travel around an area voting in different precincts with no way to confirm their identity.

Maybe we will have to go to the "purple finger" method of ensuring the Democrats don't simply steal the elections?

How is that investigation going with the Placer County Republican Party ?

I think the "steal the elections" debate would be an interesting topic.

Question; Should an adult with the intelligence of a 5 year old be allowed to vote?? There was a piece on TV last night that showed a caregiver for the mentally handicapped, registering his patients and helping them vote. Does this make sense, and should it be legal?

If this is allowed, why shouldn't we allow 5 year old children to vote?
