Top swimmers coming to RAC

The pool will be filled with talented swimmers next week when the Sierra Nevada Swimming Long Course Junior Olympics comes to the Roseville Aquatic Complex. California Capital Aquatics is hosting the event, which runs July 23-26 This four-day meet will showcase the talents of some of the finest young swimmers in Northern California. Over 500 athletes who have posted qualifying times are expected to participate over the course of the weekend. The preliminary competitions will begin each day at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the day. After a short break, the top eight qualifiers from each of the preliminary events will compete in the finals of that event. The public is invited to come and support these young athletes. Admission and parking are free.
