Tuesday – Bratwurst sausage, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, whole-wheat bread and apple. Wednesday – Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, whole-wheat bread and diced peaches. April 12 – Teriyaki chicken, pineapple fried rice, stir fry vegetables, and pear sauce. April 13 – Beef stroganoff, pasta, steamed spinach and mixed fruit.
