Monday – Chicken coq au vin, parslied potatoes and peas, whole-wheat bread and apple juice. Tuesday – Bell pepper casserole with ground beef, rice, mixed vegetables and mixed fruit. Wednesday – Oven-roasted turkey with gravy, diced yams, whole-wheat bread and tropical fruit cup. Dec. 22 – Tuscan bean soup with ham, Brussel sprouts, whole-wheat bread and diced pears. Dec. 23 – Beef fajitas, Spanish rice, broccoli, tortilla and fresh fruit.
