For all others, there is a mandatory charge of $5. Monday – International Day “Chinese” – Kung Pao chicken, steamed rice, stir fry vegetables, diced peaches and fortune cookie. Tuesday – Pasta Marinara with Italian sausage, Italian-blend vegetables and applesauce. Wednesday – Meatloaf with brown gravy, roasted potato blend, whole-wheat bread and pineapple tidbits. Nov. 17 – Breaded fish with tartar sauce, brown rice pilaf, Capri vegetables and orange juice. Nov. 18 – Thanksgiving Meal – turkey with gravy, homemade stuffing, green beans, whole-wheat bread, orange and pumpkin pie.
