For all others, there is a mandatory charge of $5. Monday – Breaded chicken fillet with country gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, whole-wheat bread and mixed fruit. Tuesday – Meatloaf with brown gravy, parsley potatoes and peas, whole-wheat bread and mixed fruit. Wednesday – Chicken fillet w/lemon caper sauce, pasta, carrots, and diced peaches. Jan. 5 – Ratatouille with pasta and vegetables, and orange juice. Jan. 6 – Pork loin with savory ginger glaze, roasted-potato blend, whole-wheat bread and pear sauce.
