Riosa blaze burns 110 acres

A grass fire charred 110 acres near Gladding and Riosa roads in rural Lincoln on Thursday afternoon, Cal Fire reported. The blaze was reported at 1:20 p.m. and quickly burned up to a green belt before it was contained less than an hour later, said Mary Welna, a spokesperson for Cal Fire. Six engines, three water tenders, and several aircraft, including a helicopter, responded, she said.
