Inflict injury on a child – Was reported Feb. 9 at an undisclosed location.

Petty theft – Prescription medication was reported stolen from a resident Feb. 7 at the 400 block of Joiner Parkway.

 

James Carl Smith, 32, of St. Petersburg, Fla. was cited and released Feb. 8 at the intersection of Highway 65 and Sunset Boulevard by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while license suspended for DUI and a vehicle code violation.

 

Petty theft / theft credit/account info – Items were reported stolen from a vehicle and credit used at various location this was reported Feb. 8 at the 2600 block of Southcreek Drive.

 

Burglary – Unknowns exiting residence, no items taken was reported Feb. 9 at the 1000 block of Herold Avenue.

 

Graffiti – Was reported Feb. 9 at the 1700 block of Nicolaus Road.

 

Greg Darwin Baker, 52, of Sheridan was arrested Feb. 10 at the intersection of Highway 65 and Twelve Bridges Drive by Lincoln police on suspicion of an out-of-county warrant. Bail was set at $11,000. He was detained only and released Feb. 11.

 

Buffi Carone Dugenske, 39, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 10 by Roseville police on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury and threatening crime with intent. Bail was set at $25,000.

 

Samantha Jane Duval, 54, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 10 at the 900 block of Pleasant Grove Boulevard by Roseville police on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia for injecting or smoking controlled substance. Bail was set at $20,000.

 

Attempted burglary - Was reported Feb. 10 at the 500 block of Sherborne Lane.

 

Graffiti – Was reported Feb. 10 at the 1800 block of Sixth Street.

 

Bradley James White, 52, of Chico was cited and released Feb. 10 at the 200 block of G Street by Lincoln police on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

 

Obtain property/ false pretenses – A report was made of someone who was not the legal owner of property attempting to rent out property Feb. 11 at the 1600 block of Allenwood Circle.

 

Burglary – Computer equipment was reported stolen from a resident Feb. 11 at the 1100 block of Hillsdale Lane.

 

Justin Phillip Gwaltney, 21, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 11 at the intersection of Ferrari Ranch Road and Sun City Boulevard by Lincoln police on suspicion of burglary and petty theft with a prior. Bail was set at $10,000. He was released Feb. 13 with a promise to appear.

 

Matthew Henkins Rose, 42, was arrested Feb. 11 by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $2,500. He was released Feb. 13 on bail.

Annoying communications – Threatening weekly calls were reported Feb. 11 at an undisclosed location.

 

Pablo Munoz Calixto, 19, was arrested Feb. 12 by Lincoln police on suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts involving children. Bail was set at $25,000.

 

Vanessa Janette Callison, 29, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 12 at the 600 block of G Street by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $2,500. She was released Feb. 13 on bail bond.

 

Lynn Marie Cox, 38, of Yuba City was cited and released Feb. 12 at the intersection of Highway 65 and Gladding Road by Lincoln police on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

 

Wilson Velasquez, Jr., 24, of Modesto was cited and released Feb. 12 at the 400 block of South Highway 65 by Lincoln police on suspicion of possession of marijuana in a vehicle and vehicle code violations.

 

Petty theft – An item was reported stolen from a vehicle Feb. 13 at the 600 block of Fifth Street.

 

Assault or battery on school property – Was reported Feb. 13 at an undisclosed location.

 

Hit and run property damage – Damage to a parked vehicle was reported Feb. 13 at the 700 block of Seventh Street.

 

Mauricio Enrique Zenon, 24, of Lincoln was cited and released Feb. 14 at the 100 block of O Street by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving without a license.

 

Brian Darwin Goodson, 33, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 14 at the 100 block of Sunrise Boulevard by Roseville police on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy to commit, petty theft with a prior, possession of burglary tools and parole violation. Bail was set at $35,000.

 

Erin Elizabeth Goodson, 23, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 14 at the 100 block of Sunrise Boulevard by Roseville police on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy to commit and possession of burglary tools. Bail was set at $10,000.

 

Nicholas Ray Payne, 20, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 14 at the intersection of North Grant and Berkeley by Roseville police on suspicion of assault. Bail was set at $2,000.

 

Robert Lloyd Rossi, 26, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 14 at an undisclosed location by Lincoln police on suspicion of domestic battery and a misdemeanor warrant.

 

Bruce Leon Freiler, Jr., 35, of Auburn was arrested Feb. 14 at the intersection of East Joiner Parkway and Fieldstone Drive by Lincoln police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol.

 

Vandalism over $400 – A vehicle was reported keyed Feb. 15 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane.

 

Megan Elaine Anker, 27, was arrested Feb. 15 by Lincoln police on suspicion of possession for sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of concentrated cannabis, forged prescription, conspiracy to commit, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of paraphernalia for injecting or smoking controlled substance and probation violation. Bail was set at $25,000.

 

Mark Edwin Freitas, 41, was arrested Feb. 15 by Lincoln police on suspicion of possession for sale of a controlled substance, parole violation, possession of concentrated cannabis, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia for injecting or smoking controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle, conspiracy to commit, secure drugs by forgery, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and keep a place to sell drugs. Bail was set at $40,000.

 

Robin Eleanor Hill, 54, was arrested Feb. 15 by Lincoln police on suspicion of probation violation and driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $35,000.

 

Moises Sepulveda, Jr., 23, of Lincoln was arrested Feb. 15 at the intersection of Washington and Church by Roseville police on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $2,500.
