Please support FFA Sunday

-A +A
Hello, my name is Daniel Stanley, I am 18-years-old; I live in Lincoln. I graduated from Lincoln High School in the beginning of June. This is my third year showing for Lincoln FFA. The Placer County Fair is my last fair before I head off to the University of Wyoming. I plan on majoring in ranch management and agricultural business. I currently have two market lamb projects, along with heifer and cow calf projects that I will exhibit at the fair. My sheep are fed well and are exercised regularly, so they are well muscled and tasty. I take care of them on my grandparents’ ranch where I feed, do other chores and help my grandfather. My hobbies are wrestling, baseball, cars and agriculture. In wrestling, I made it to the Masters Tournament the last two years and I almost made it to state this year. Wrestling and agriculture have taught me responsibility, determination and pride in my work. Please come out and support the Junior Livestock Auction by purchasing an animal or placing an add-on. My friends and I have worked diligently throughout the year and we look forward to the opportunity to showcase our hard work. This year, the auction will be held on Sunday at 10 a.m. in the Amlin Livestock Pavilion at the Placer County Fairgrounds in Roseville. If you have any questions regarding the auction or add-ons, please call the Livestock Office at 782-4033 or myself at (510) 702-7731. Daniel Stanley, Lincoln
