The New Home Company comes to Lincoln Crossing

While foreclosures and bank sales are typical headlines these days, that will not be the case in January for a new neighborhood off of Ferrari Ranch Road in Lincoln Crossing. The New Home Company, a Roseville-based homebuilder, will hold a grand opening for its new 27-home neighborhood at Lincoln Crossing on Jan. 15. The homes, ranging from 1,948 to 2,204 square feet, will be priced starting at the low $290,000s. Homes will be up to five bedrooms and four baths. The model home is at 1027 Kinnerly Lane, near Caledon Circle. “Our company’s leadership is rooted in nearly 100 years of homebuilding and customer service experience,” said Kevin Carson, Northern California Division president for The New Home Company. “We understand the intricacies of navigating a difficult economy from both a consumer and organizational perspective. For that reason, we are able to build and sell homes that our buyers respond to while intelligently and thoughtfully growing our own business. Our homes at Madeira and our future communities at Lincoln Crossing, Granite Bay, Roseville and elsewhere reflect these core capabilities.” The New Home Company sold out the first three phases at its Madeira neighborhood at Elk Grove. Since July, all 13 released homes at Madeira have sold. The New Home Company also completed the acquisition of 17 finished lots in Granite Bay, where it plans to build and sell semi-custom luxury homes on lots as large as 20,000 square feet. Model construction is expected to start there next March, according to the company’s spokesman. The New Home Company has also recently acquired five completed homes within Roseville’s Highland Reserve community. For more information about The New Home Company, visit online at ~ Carol Feineman
