Lincoln track and field results

The Lincoln High track and field varsity teams are getting some outstanding individual performances but have been unable to fare well as a team in the Pioneer Valley League. The junior varsity boys have shown tremendous promise for the Fighting Zebras defeating both Bear River and Placer in recent dual meets. Top performers for the varsity boys are sophomore Liam Hao, seniors Stephen Hay and Matthew Probst, and sophomore Leo Calderon. The varsity girls are being led by juniors Savannah Berkley, Kali Federwisch and sophomore Katy Mercier. The Zebras are also getting strong performances by senior Sammy Klipp and junior Kelsi Snook Putting up big numbers for the junior varsity boys are Josh Myers, Dylan Toerpe, Marcus Harris, Harrison Stewart and Dustin Horse. The JV boys placed 18th with six points. Hao was fourth in the 100m (11.73) and Calderon fifth in the 300m hurdles (44.73). The Zebras were scheduled for a PVL dual meet Wednesday at Foothill.
