Lincoln Jr Zebras registration now open

Conditioning begins in June

The Lincoln Jr. Zebras Football and Cheer is now open for 2012 registration online. The league is open to children ages 6-14 and includes both tackle football, and cheerleading at games and in competition. To register parents and participants are encouraged to go online to for information and to complete the necessary forms. The Jr. Zebras are in the Sierra Valley USA League. USA Football is supported by the National Football League. The organization also acts as a feeder program for Lincoln High School. The Jr. Zebras are in the North Division and play junior teams from Nevada Union, Placer, Bear River, local rivals Roseville and Granite Bay, and the Jr. Pacers representing state powerhouse Grant High School. Conditioning begins in June with a free camp each Sunday. The season starts in mid-July and features five divisions of football and cheer: Mitey Mites, Jr. PeeWees, PeeWees, Jr. Midgets and Midgets.
