A community workshop for the Lincoln Boulevard Improvements Project will be held Thursday, April 4.
The city of Lincoln is hosting its second community workshop for the Lincoln Boulevard Improvements Project from 5:30 to 7:30 at City Hall, 600 Sixth St.
The workshop will provide a presentation of the design concepts and the project phasing.
In addition, the project team will solicit input regarding initial design concepts and future priority areas for the corridor from McBean Park Drive to Seventh Street. This initial phase of the project is funded by the Congestion Management and Air Quality program and will focus on encouraging walking, riding bikes, using transit and NEVs to get into and around downtown.
Representatives from the city of Lincoln and the project consultant team will be at the workshop to discuss the design concepts and project phasing.
