On Oct. 20, the Lincoln Knights of Columbus celebrated their 21st Oktoberfest at the Pavilion in Lincoln.
Besides providing a good time for the 400 guests, this event is also a major annual fundraiser for the Knights of Columbus, of which the major portion remains in Lincoln in support of various organizations.
Major supporters of this event are local businesses, who purchase advertising space on table place mats. They are: Scott Peters, K of C Insurance; 4Ever Green Landscaping; Beermann’s Restaurant, Lincoln; Bill Eads RV’s, Lincoln; Eagle Pluming and Rooter, Lincoln; Edward Jones Investing, Lincoln; Gingers Restaurant, Roseville; Golden State Collision Centers, Lincoln; Heritage Oaks Memorial Chapel, Rocklin; Keller Williams Realty, Rob Wolf, Lincoln; Lincoln Gun Exchange; Providence Properties, Stan Nader, Lincoln; Rolling Greens Golf Range, Granite Bay; Tony Johnson CPA, Lincoln; travel store, Ali Schofield, Sacramento; and Umpqua Banks, Lincoln;
A special “thank you” goes to Patty McAlpin for publishing a detailed article about the Oktoberfest in The Lincoln News Messenger.
