All Pro 49er tight end Brent Jones spoke to the new Lincoln Hills Fellowship of Christian Athletes last week. Brent received first team college All American Honors in football and participated in the East-West Shrine Game in 1986. Jones’ father and wife also attended last week’s Lincoln Hills meeting. Following the Lincoln Hills Fellowship of Christian Athletes meeting, Jones visited with the Lincoln High Zebras Football Team during a regular workout. The Lincoln Hills group works with Lincoln High and Whitney High athletic departments. The Lincoln Hills Fellowship of Christian Athletes has more than 60 members. Officers include Tuck Halsey, Ron Greeno, Rodger Roswald, Oscar Alvarez and Wayne Reid. Meetings are held on the second Friday of each month where the members join for friendship and faith.
