Organized by the Rotary Club of Lincoln and the Downtown Lincoln Association, the seventh annual Lincoln Wine Fest on April 28 encourages visitors to experience downtown Lincoln’s shops and restaurants, while tasting area wine.
From 1 to 5 p.m. April 28, retailers within a two-block radius of the downtown’s Beermann Plaza will host wine tastings, finger food and a chance to meet winery representatives in a festival atmosphere.
This year’s wineries are Placer Wine Trail members from Lincoln, Rocklin, Loomis, Meadow Vista, and Auburn. They include Bear River, Bonitata, Cante Ao Vinho, Casque, Ciotti, Cristaldi, Davis Dean, Dono dal Cielo, Fawnridge, Lone Buffalo, Mount Saint Joseph, PaZa, Pescatore, Rancho Roble, Rock Hill, Secret Ravine and Wise Villa.
New this year is the addition of four breweries. Participating award-winning Placer County breweries are Auburn Alehouse Craft Brewery and Restaurant, Crooked
Lane Brewing Company, GoatHouse Brewing and Dueling Dogs Brewing Co.
Tickets are $40 per person in advance or $45 per person April 28. Active military discount is $20 per ticket with valid ID. Designated driver tickets are $15 each.
